NDLEA Arrests Man Who Padded Illegal Drugs In His Boxer

Two Nigerians have been arrested by the NDLEA for importing illegal drugs from Dubai to the country.

The Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Afube Izuchukwu Henry who is an old automobile part dealer was arrested alongside 36-year-old factory worker in Dubai, Chijioke Chukwuemeka Raphael, at the Lagos airport.

They were caught with 28 packs of Tramadol weighing 21.99kg which was packed inside a DJ Rack box found on Afube, while 1.8kg of cocaine was found inside Chijioke’s boxer shorts.

The Tramadol was intercepted during pre-shipment inspection. The consignment was destined for Congo Brazzaville.

Chijioke said that he was offered N450,000 to smuggle the drug to Nigeria from Dubai.
